Stretching

Frequent stretching is crucial for any athlete to perform. Appropriate stretching improves range of motion, prevents injury, increase proprioception and blood flow, improve posture, overall enhancing performance.  

Balance Through Movement Method

BTTM is a performance training system designed to resolve nerve and spinal compression and solving undiagnosed lameness established by Celeste Lazaris. The ultimate goal of the program is to assist the horse in reaching balance and strength of both the body and mind. Sessions with RestorEquine tap into the beginning stages of Pillar One.
